Return Policy
We stand behind every order that leaves Dockside Tackle. If something isn't right, we'll do everything we can to make it right.
30-Day Returns
Most new, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and in new condition.

Include all original manufacturer packaging.

Be in resalable condition.
Items showing signs of use, installation, modification, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.
Soft Plastics & Consumables
Due to the nature of soft plastic baits and other consumable fishing products:

Soft plastics must be unopened and factory sealed to qualify for a return.

Opened bags of worms, craws, swimbaits, trailers, or other soft plastics cannot be returned.

Individual baits removed from a package are not eligible for return.

Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery, including excessive heat, are not eligible for return.

If your soft plastics arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
Mistakes happen, but we'll take care of them.
If you receive a defective product, a damaged shipment, or the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

Your order number

Photos of the product

Photos of the shipping box (if damaged)
We'll review your claim and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

We shipped the wrong item.

The product is defective.

The item was damaged during shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Dockside Tackle cannot be responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after your return has been received and inspected.
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take several business days to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Clearance and final sale merchandise

Special order items

Opened soft plastics and consumable products

Used terminal tackle

Used fishing line

Any product not in resalable condition
