There are no upfront costs to host a machine. Dockside covers the equipment, installation, inventory and ongoing service. We structure partnerships so hosting is simple and low risk.
2. Who maintains and restocks the machine?
Dockside handles all restocking, maintenance, inventory management and customer support.
3. What if something goes wrong with the machine?
We monitor performance and respond quickly to any service needs. We provide customer support and maintenance so issues are resolved without disrupting your operations.
4. Is there a long-term contract?
Partnership terms vary by location, but our goal is to create mutually beneficial, long-term relationships without unnecessary complexity.
5. Are the machines insured?
Yes. Dockside carries commercial insurance coverage for our equipment and operations. Our policy includes property insurance for each machine and general liability coverage. We are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
6. Are the machines cashless?
Yes. Our machines accept secure cashless payments (credit/debit and mobile pay), making transactions quick and convenient for customers.
